Delete Your Account

You can delete your WatchNPlay account and all associated data at any time directly within the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the WatchNPlay app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon in the bottom navigation bar).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted: Your entire account is permanently removed, including all watchlists, app settings, push notification tokens, and your Firebase authentication record. This action cannot be undone.

Data deletion details

When you delete your account, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers:

  1. All watchlist entries and custom lists
  2. App settings and preferences
  3. Push notification tokens
  4. Your user profile and Firebase UID
  5. All notification history

No data is retained after account deletion. Crash reports (collected via Firebase Crashlytics) are anonymised and automatically deleted after 90 days regardless of account status.
